Beautifully executed machining and seasoning. Received my pan yesterday and fried some eggs in it this morning. This is exactly the utility piece that I needed.

Outstanding service from initial order to delivery. Prompt response to my concerns, BUT! Here’s the crowning point. Out of the box I didn’t know whether to cook in it or frame it and put it on the wall! Beautiful American craftsmanship! I held off my review because I wanted to see if it would serve the purpose for which I bought it…floating eggs! Right out of the box, warmed it up, 3rd stick of butter, stirred it a bit…cracked the egg in there, let it sit a bit…grabbed the handle and boy you should’ve seen the grin on my face! Easily slid and floated and the taste was unbelievable!
Hands down thee best for your buck! Definitely ordering again! Thank you John and Sheila! Awesome work!

Smooth bottom and beautiful finish. Save your time and money trying to find vintage or buying modern, expensive, fancy, smooth bottom cast iron and give this beauty a go. Did a few more rounds of seasoning for peace of mind and everything slides right off. Excellent!
